The Solution: Starlink Gen3

Raptor Communications recommended the latest Starlink setup. The new Gen3 Starlink dish offers speeds up to 450 Mbps and comes with a modem featuring stronger WiFi capabilities and the latest technology. This installation provided immediate benefits, including faster internet speeds and broader coverage. Additionally, the ability to enable WiFi calling on their phones ensured that staff could make calls even without mobile coverage.

Addressing the Final Hurdle

One remaining issue was the distance between the solar system and the modem, which affected the WiFi signal strength. To resolve this, Raptor Communications ran a network cable through the ceiling and installed a WiFi Access Point above the solar system. The new Starlink modems, equipped with two Ethernet ports, allowed for a direct connection, ensuring a stable and constant signal.
